This SMS message program is a service of Mayowa Samuel. By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, sale notices, and wellness updates) from Mayowa Samuel.

1. Subscription & Consent

Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number provided at opt-in. Enrollment gives Mayowa Samuel permission to send messages through your wireless carrier until you terminate permission as outlined below.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies. We reserve the right to alter frequency to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

• Support: Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported. Mayowa Samuel and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Cancellation & Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, text the keyword STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number from which you receive our messages.

• You will receive one final message confirming your request has been processed.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for changes to take effect.

• If you are subscribed to multiple messaging programs from Mayowa Samuel, you must unsubscribe from each separately.

4. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

By enrolling in this program, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of these Messaging Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. You and Mayowa Samuel are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mayowa Samuel and its service providers are not liable for any claims or damages exceeding the amount you paid to Mayowa Samuel or £100.00, whichever is greater. This includes liability for delayed or non-delivery of messages.
