Domestic (UK)

  • Standard Delivery: £1.99 (5–7 business days). A steady, sustainable pace.

  • Priority Delivery: £9.95 (Within 2 business days). For when wellness cannot wait.

  • Complimentary Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £50. Applied automatically at checkout.

International

  • Europe: £15 (3–4 days). Complimentary on orders over £75.

  • USA & Rest of World: £25 (3–8 days). Complimentary on orders over £150.

Please note: Our candles and oils are handcrafted in London. Orders placed after 1pm will begin their journey the following business day.

All orders are sent using a Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday - Sunday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays). Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 1pm.

Customs & International Duties

As we ship directly from our London studio, international orders (including the EU) may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are managed by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your local thresholds to ensure an informed purchase.

All orders are shipped using plastic-free, recyclable materials to honour our commitment to the earth.

Our Return Philosophy
We want your Mayowa Samuel experience to be seamless. If a scent doesn't resonate with you, we offer exchanges or full refunds on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return: Please email us at admin@mayowasamuel.uk with your order number. We recommend using a tracked service for returns to ensure your items arrive safely back at our studio.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence within 48hrs, our standard Returns Policy is 14 days.
